Tenant Coordination > Landlord's Work

• Provide feasibility studies and pricing of landlord's work as requested by leasing team or asset manager
• Coordinate tender process and execution of all landlord's work related to tenant premises
• Attend site meetings to ensure proper and timely completion of landlord's work
• Make regular reports to management, leasing team and asset manager
• Review and modify, as necessary, Tenant Design Criteria documents to ensure shopping centre's standards are maintained
