Tenant Coordination > Tenant Construction

• Ensure placement of adequate insurance coverage, WSIB and building permits prior to construction start
• Attend site meetings to ensure proper and timely completion of tenant's work
• Coordinate tenant's contractor activities with mall operations and adjacent tenants
• Make regular reports to management, leasing team and asset manager
