True North Real Estate Advisors created a real estate strategy to develop office/retail complex forming part of co-location of St Catharine's General Hospital and Hotel Dieu. The facility was planned to house each hospitals' administration space on a cost recovery basis, plus profit driven development of ancillary health related office and retail space to service new hospital requirements and create new revenue source for client.
