• Sept 2009 - True North retained by Effort Trust to assist in property redevelopment projects.
  
  
• Sept 2009 - True North retained by The Township of Halton Hills to complete a facility and strategic review of both its seniors centers in Acton and Georgetown working with its "Looking to the Future" Committee and facility staff.
  
  
• July 2009 - London Health Sciences Center has retained True North to determine development feasibility and manage the application process for the replacement and redevelopment of their Mount Hope long term care facility. As part of the Ministry of Health’s long term care renewal strategy, the project will entail integration of a new LEED building to accommodate 217 plus beds designed to current Ministry standards, within the Mount Hope Medical Campus.
  
  
• June 2009 - True North is pleased to announce that we have been retained by Agincourt Mall in Scarborough to provide project management and tenant coordination services. The mall, located at Kennedy Rd & Sheppard Ave., has over 317,000 square feet of GLA.  Anchored by Wal-Mart & No Frills the mall includes over 60 stores and 10,000 square feet of second floor office space. It is also includes a supporting strip plaza, Agincourt Plaza North, with The Beer Store and LCBO as tenants.
  
  
• May 2009 – Loblaw Properties Limited has engaged True North to coordinate and manage the sale of Fairlawn Plaza on Carling Avenue in Ottawa on their behalf.
  
  
• May 2009 - True North’s President, Andrew Thomson spoke on the subject of “HOW IS THE CURRENT ECONOMY AFFECTING RETAIL DEVELOPMENT ACROSS THE GREATER GOLDEN HORSESHOE?” during the Land & Development Conference held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto on May 14th. • March 2009 - True North has conditionally signed the anchor tenant of a new 10-acre large format retail centre in the Ottawa Valley area, adjacent to an existing grocery anchored strip centre.
  
  
• March 2009 - Sifton Properties has engaged True North to provide development management services for several planned retail projects within their portfolio.
  
  
• February 2009 - True North Project Management is pleased to announce it will be providing project management and tenant coordination services for the upcoming redevelopment of Victoria Plaza in Niagara Falls. Construction is expected to get underway this Spring.
  
  
• January 2009 - True North has been retained by Morguard to provide tenant coordination services at Bramalea City Centre. The 2 level mall boasts 1,072,051 square feet of GLA and includes anchors such as Sears, The Bay, Zellers, A & P, Price Chopper, Sport Chek, Old Navy and Best Buy. The third phase of the redevelopment program is now underway with a planned Grand Re-Opening in 2010.
