May 2013  Cineplex sought the services of True North to assist them with ongoing projects. True North provides services in conjunction with projects in Calgary, Mississauga, Sault Ste. Marie and Quebec City, among others.

February 2013 – Ronald McDonald House retained True North to oversee the design and construction of their new flagship Family Room at Toronto’s Sick Kids Hospital.

Art Shoppe
Art Shoppe retained Paul Cameron to manage the physcal relocation of Toronto’s landmark furniture retailer & their corporate headquarters from its original location at Yonge and Eglinton to its new home in the industrial park heritage area at 71 Kincort Street. The mandate required the transformation of an existing dilapidated brick warehouse space into what has become an elegant and spacious retail facility, complete with multiple showrooms, warehouse, office spaces and parking. The new building was renovated in record time, and close coordination with Toronto Planning and Building authorities was accomplished throughout a rigorous schedule to ensure the tenant’s efficient relocation.

First Capital Realty – Hazelton Lanes
First Capital Realty undertook a comprehensive $300 million redevelopment and remodel of Hazelton Lanes; the major iconic mall located in the heart of Yorkville, midtown Toronto. Paul Cameron managed pre-construction design development, planning, budgeting & scheduling; and project managed initial phases of reconstruction, including onboarding the general contractor and sub-contracting teams.

Powers Properties – LCBO
Paul Cameron provided project management services to our client, Powers Properties, to construct a new LCBO as part of a 5-acre commercial greenfield development Lindsay, Ontario.
