September 2010 – True North retained by Township of South Dundas to oversee construction project management for the True North created redevelopment plan for the Morrisburg High School property. Elements of the program will include new medical clinic, Township municipal offices and ancillary community office space.

September 2010 – The Township of South Dundas endorsed True North’s recommended redevelopment plan for the Morrisburg High School property. Redevelopment plan will include new medical clinic, Township municipal offices and ancillary office spaces. True North’s planning and feasibility capabilities were instrumental in creating a strategy to guide Town Council on a preferred plan, related budget and project sustainability over the long term of this civic property.

August 2010 – True North has been retained to provide tenant coordination services for 410 & 7 Centre in Brampton, Ontario.

June 2010 – True North has been engaged to provide project management and tenant coordination services for the redevelopment of 2000 Jane Street in Toronto.

May 2010 – Forrest Group retained True North to source and manage acquisition of Renessa Sales Center site, scheduling and timely, delivery overseeing project team.

April 2010 – Forest Group retained True North to oversee acquisition due diligence activities. Mandate includes provision of planning and development support services.

April 2010 – Forrest Group retained True North to oversee project management of the a new 5-story, 156 suite Retirement Project (Renessa Newmarket) incorporating the latest in technology and retirement services. True North’s role is comprehensive to ensure timely and successful execution of core development deliverables, by managing all development disciplines and stakeholders as required.

March 2010 – True North has been retained to oversee the construction of the new $35M Ronald McDonald House Toronto project. Located at 240 McCaul St, the new house will be the largest in the world, and is targeting LEED Gold designation.

February 2010 – Forrest Group on behalf of Amica Mature Lifestyles retained True North to facilitate and coordinate Development Agreement cost recoveries and resolution of tri-party agreements. Mandate included asset management of municipal approvals for existing Amica facilities.

January 2010 – Forrest Group retained True North to facilitate, coordinate and manage all required development approvals for their new Renessa Newmarket Retirement project from all government levels and third party stakeholders. Mandate included managing necessary community and public relations.

January 2010 – Forrest Group retained True North to oversee asset management activities pertaining to its existing retirement portfolio.

January 2010 – True North was retained by Township of South Dundas to conduct redevelopment studies and “highest & best use” analyses for their Morrisburg High School property. The key directive of this initiative and associated deliverables included feasibility review of various development options, both greenfield & existing building conversion; concept designs and associated capital budgeting. True North’s market research capability was integral to providing key information drawing conclusions of the preferred tenant options to optimize financial returns and sustainability over the long term of this civic property.
