With over 30 years of experience, Andrew is the founder and owner of True North Group Inc. His vision for the organization is to offer real estate/development advisory and project/construction management services that provide comprehensive custom solutions to owners and occupiers of commercial real estate. His experience encompasses real estate management and asset strategy, development advisory and project management.
Andrew utilizes his leadership skills, extensive experience, and comprehensive knowledge to minimize client risk exposure and optimize their return on investment. This is achieved by incorporating best business principles and practices, effective partnering, and nurturing mutually supportive relationships within our client portfolio. Paul Cameron – Principal – Construction Project Management, Tenant Coordination & Facilities Management
As lead of True North Group’s project management division, Paul shares his results-oriented approach to construction project management and tenant coordination with our clients. He has over 30 years of experience in managing design and construction, from the boardroom to the job site. He has worked for many national retailers in both Canada and the United States. He has worked for national retailers and developers in both Canada and the United States.
Paul’s specialized skills set includes expertise in green buildings, a strong technical background, and team and relationship building. His experience includes working with First Capital Realty, Sobeys, A&P. Zellers and The Bay. Within True North Project Management Inc., his role covers advisory, capital planning, and all related components of site development; expansions, new builds, as well as major remodels and tenant fixturing for multiple commercial, industrial, residential and mixed-use developments.
Peter Miller – Chief Operating Officer and VP Business Development
With more than twenty years of experience in commercial and industrial Project Management and Development, Peter brings a seasoned perspective and energy to the operation, development and execution elements of True North Project Management Inc’s core business services. As the owner of Commercial Relocation Management Inc. since its inception in 2006, Peter has provided advice and counsel to clients in the areas of industrial expansion, facility relocation, food service development and renovations and manufacturing modernization. Peter has also overseen multiple retail developments and worked with national retailers. Based in Quebec, Peter’s appointment further cements True North Group’s position as a growing full service real estate development and project management player across Canada.
Anabela Santos – Director – Business Development
With over 20 years experience working with major development companies and retailers, Anabela specializes in Leasing and Shopping Centre Development, having worked on many successful development, redevelopment and income producing projects across Canada. She has a successful track record of completing national projects that add value to portfolio’s and communities, working with national, regional and local development & retail partners and is committed to achieving top quality results for her clients with a determination for success and excellent work ethic.
Sean Ashworth, AACI, P.App – Director of Strategic & Financial Analysis
Sean has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience in valuations, asset management, development, acquisitions/dispositions and real estate valuation software. Over his career he has worked with several large commercial property companies including General Growth Properties, Brookfield Properties and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. During his career, he has gained valuable investment experience in many real estate markets across Canada and the United States. As Director of Strategic & Financial Analysis, Sean is responsible for providing financial analysis support for valuations, developments and acquisitions. He is an designated appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
Mike Feld – Senior Project Manager
Mike has over 25 years of Project Management experience including positions with prominent Canadian retailers such as Sobeys. Michael also has held Senior positionsleap with general contractors giving him a solid foundation to represent both owner, tenant or contractor. Michael is based in Barrie.
